Lance founded Law Transport (then known as Innisfail Carrying Company Pty Ltd) in 1995. Prior to this, Lance was always involved with heavy machinery from operating diggers in mines to cane haul equipment at their home farm.
Lance is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the business with a goal of client and employee satisfaction.

Ryan grew up around the family transport business and went on trips with his father during the early years of Innisfail Carrying Company. At 18 years of age he started machinery operation, in the mining industry throughout Australia in various companies including BHP and Rio Tinto.
He gained experience in multiple mining commodities which lead to supervision roles in mining production. During time at BHP Mine Newman East, Ryan was a key member in transition from conventional mining to Autominus. He was involved in Future BHP mining leader courses Perth.

Jean-Claude joined Law Transport in April 2020, having extensive experience in tax, accounting and finance roles in a range of industries.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jean-Claude is responsible for the oversight of liquidity and credit management, compliance, corporate risk management, group funding/working capital, IT, the Company Secretary and Legal, as well as the management of advances and banking relationships. His qualifications include – Bachelor of Business and Chartered Accountant.

Electrician by trade. Spent a number of years conducting 4wd camping safaris in Cape York Peninsula but chased the aviator dream and obtained my pilots licence prior to moving into aviation operations. Grew into operations management in fixed wing and FBO management and finally head of operations and commercial charter executive for GBR helicopters.
15 years into aviation before moving into the world of heavy vehicle transport.

Mick started in the Transport game after leaving the Military after 14 years service. Over the years, Mick has worked in many parts of the transport Industry from being a driver, allocator, scheduling, supervisor and now Operations manager.
During this period, Mick has spent time in different areas moving bulk cargo, car carrying and container movements from the ports and many other different types of loads.
Previous to his position at Law transport, Mick was working with Transport for NSW for 6 years, the first three years he worked in the area of Cargo Movements Coordination Center. This position was monitoring and coordinating the freight movements in and out of Port Botany down in Sydney, Mick spent three years in this position and he then moved into Senior Performance Analyst. This is where he monitored and reported on freight movements in and around the state of NSW which he compiled reports that then went to Ministers.
Before the Position with NSW transport, he was the night shift supervisor for Qube Logistics down at Port Botany running one of the empty parks of a night shift where he looked after numerous movements of containers either by road or rail.
